Delete your wiimo account
This page is for the wiimo website (wiimo.in) and the wiimo Android app, both from Iquester Solutions LLP. You can delete your account at any time.
How to delete it
In the app or on the website:
- Log in to your account.
- Open your account page (the profile icon).
- Tap or click “Delete my account” and confirm.
By email: write to contact@iquesters.com from the email address you signed up with, with the subject “Delete my wiimo account”, and tell us the phone number or Google account you use to log in.
What happens next
You are logged out of every device straight away. For 30 days you can change your mind: just log in again and the deletion is cancelled. After 30 days the deletion is final.
What is deleted
- Your name, phone number and email address.
- Your Google account identifier and profile picture, if you signed in with Google.
- Any login codes sent to your number.
After that, your account has no details that identify you.
What we keep
- Your wishlists, votes and points. They stay in our records, but are no longer linked to any name, phone number or email.
- Device and sign-in records (device name, IP address and times), kept for security.
- Contributions you made to the product database. They describe products, not you.
